Several noted the contrast with traditional small-workshop image of hardware manufacturing: automated cells, digital work orders and quiet, clean assembly areas.
"You expect rescue tools to be built somewhere rugged, but the surprise is the precision," one broadcaster remarked. "These are tolerances and test routines closer to aerospace than to a typical metal shop."
Coverage also focused on employment and supply chains: the park draws suppliers of batteries, circuit boards and seals into the region, reinforcing a local hydraulics cluster.
Journalists were shown the R&D wing where new products - including the tracked rescue robot and heavy support systems - are prototyped, with engineers explaining how field feedback from fire departments drives each design iteration.
