At a leading international emergency safety exhibition, ODE Technology unveiled an upgraded tracked firefighting rescue robot, drawing crowds of fire-service visitors and procurement officers.

The new robot platform features improved tracked mobility for stairs and rubble, a stabilized sensor head with thermal and daylight cameras, gas detection, two-way audio and the ability to deliver water or foam through a mounted monitor line. It can be operated from a portable controller at safe standoff distance.

Designed around real fireground workflows

ODE engineers developed the platform with frontline firefighters, focusing on startup speed, simple controls in high-stress conditions and maintenance access for busy stations. The robot complements - rather than replaces - conventional crews by performing initial reconnaissance and suppression in the most dangerous phase of an incident.

Part of a smart rescue ecosystem

The robot joins ODE's reconnaissance drones, battery hydraulic tools and support systems in a coordinated product family, allowing agencies to build integrated smart-response capability over time.

Live demonstrations ran throughout the expo, and ODE accepted on-site demonstration requests from municipal fire departments and industrial emergency teams.
