ODE Group and Dongfang Honghua have signed a strategic cooperation agreement at a ceremony attended by senior executives from both companies. The partnership combines ODE's expertise in lightweight electro-hydraulic components and rescue equipment with Dongfang Honghua's strength in energy equipment manufacturing and engineering services.
Stronger together in hydraulics
Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate on the development and supply of high-performance hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders and integrated power units for oil and gas, construction machinery and emergency response applications. Joint product development, shared testing resources and coordinated after-sales support are also planned.
A milestone for ODE's system integration business
ODE Technology has spent more than 15 years building its capabilities across hydraulic components, precision castings and complete hydraulic systems. The agreement with Dongfang Honghua expands the group's reach into large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
