ODE Technology has launched a major recruitment campaign for engineers across hydraulics, electronics, embedded systems, robotics and battery technology, supporting an expanding product roadmap and its provincial research institute.
The company is seeking experienced mechanical and hydraulic engineers for ultra-high-pressure pump and valve development, electronics engineers for motor control and battery management systems, and robotics specialists for the next generation of tracked rescue platforms and reconnaissance drones.
Why now
With the Deqing industrial park at scale, ODE's bottleneck has shifted from manufacturing capacity to innovation throughput. New hires will work on projects including smarter battery platforms, AI-assisted robot perception and digital maintenance systems.
What ODE offers
The company highlights direct exposure to frontline rescue requirements, cross-disciplinary teams, modern lab facilities in Deqing and Hangzhou, and the satisfaction of products that protect lives in real emergencies. Partnerships with universities also support graduate and joint-research positions.
"The best reason to build rescue technology is simple: somewhere, a tool you design will be the difference between a bad outcome and a good one," the recruitment notice reads. Applications are being accepted through ODE's official channels.
