ODE Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its innovative dual-power hoist has been granted a national invention patent, marking another breakthrough in the company's research into lifting and stabilizing equipment for rescue and industrial scenarios.
Two power sources, one reliable tool
The patented design allows the hoist to operate from either an electric battery pack or a hydraulic power source, giving rescue teams flexibility when battery charge is limited or when the tool is connected to a vehicle-mounted hydraulic system. The invention improves mission continuity during prolonged operations such as collapse rescue, heavy vehicle stabilization and industrial maintenance.
A growing patent portfolio
ODE now holds more than 250 patents, including over 50 invention patents, across electric breaching tools, heavy support kits, hydraulic pumps and intelligent rescue robots. Its provincial research institute works closely with universities and frontline rescue units to convert field requirements into protected innovations.
